Portable berates Olamide, praises Skepta

Controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola, aka Portable, has claimed that ace rapper and music executive, Olamide only helped him halfway.

In a recent interview, the singer praised British rapper, Skepta stressing that he did more than a musical collaboration for him, unlike Olamide.

Explaining the reason for his beef with the rapper, Portable said could have assisted him more when he was up-and-coming than just giving him a verse in the remix of his 2021 hit song, ‘Zazu.’

He, however, maintained that Olamide has lost the privilege as he (Portable) is now a global star.

He said, “I can’t drag Skepta because he held my hand, Olamide didn’t hold my hand, he gave me a verse on ‘Zazu’ and left me without a management. He can’t sign me now because I’m now a global superstar.”

Portable has previously accused Olamide of “snatching” his producer, dancer, and promoter from him.

The rapper didn’t address the allegations.
