
Rivers State Attorney-General, Zaccheaus Adangor has resigned from the cabinet of Governor Siminalayi Fubara.
Adangor made this known in a letter dated 24th April, 2024, and addressed to the Secretary of the Rivers State Government.
He also rejected his deployment to the Ministry of Special Duties, accusing Governor Fubara of interfering in his duties as the state’s Commissioner for Justice.
Adangor stated that the governor directed him not to defend, oppose or appear in suits instituted against the state government.
