Social media encourages fake lifestyles – Erica Nlewedim

Actress and former reality star, Erica Nlewedim has said that social media encourages fake lifestyles.
According to Nlewedim, she now lives her life outside of social media and beyond what people say or do there.
“I now live my life outside of social media and what people say there because that’s how to live. I live my real life because social media is not real life. So, I block out negative talks, listen to my inner thoughts and follow what I want to do at a particular time. So, whoever is doing that is doing well,” she said.
She also added that she no longer relies on entertainment industry money because she makes more money from business.
According to Nlewedim, “I think reality shows are getting better; from the cash prices which are now interestingly bigger to every other thing. There was time for me to do a lot of acting, brand deals, and invest the money I have made into a business.
“Now, I think that it is time for me to live my life with a little more balance, adding a little of Erica is still a young girl she is not always working but she is actually living and enjoying her life and also doing business.
“So, I am not relying on entertainment industry money because there is more money from business out there. And then I am doing entertainment as a hobby now and it’s making me fall back in love with it because I am not doing it under pressure anymore.”
