The Deputy Governor of Sokoto State, Hon. Manir Dan Iya has withdrawn his membership from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

This was announced in a letter addressed to the PDP Ward Chairman of Kware Local Government, dated February 8th, 2023.
