Super Falcons beat Equatorial Guinea 9-0 to win Antalya tourney

Super Falcons of Nigeria strolled past an Equatorial Guinea side in what was a one-sided match from start to finish, making it three wins in three matches and emerging winner of the Turkish Women’s Cup invitational tournament.
Oshoala led the charge with four goals, while Glory Ogbonna, Uchenna Kanu, Charity Adule, Payne Oyedupe, Monday Gift all grabbed a goal each.

Falcons finished as champions with a maximum of nine points from three matches, scoring 11 goals and conceding none.
Nigeria opened scoring in the 8th minute and quickly followed with an Asisat Oshoala penalty earned by Toni Payne in the 11th minute. Oshoala completed her four-goal haul in the 85th minute to cap an outstanding performance that left coach Randy Waldrum elated.
Asisat Oshoala emerged top scorer of the tournament with her four goals.
