A former editor of the BBC, Adejuwon Soyinka, has been arrested by men of the Department of State Services (DSS).
The investigative journalist who is the Regional Editor of The Conversation Africa, was reportedly arrested on Sunday upon arrival at the Muritala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos.
Soyinka came into the country from the United Kingdom via a Virgin Atlantic flight.
No reason has been given for his detention by the security agency.
Soyinka has also not been reachable, as messages and calls to his phone have gone unanswered.
