President Bola Tinubu has condemned the act of arson, which led to the death of worshippers at a mosque at Larabar Abasawa in Gezawa local government area of Kano state, and has directed the law enforcement agencies to ensure diligent investigation and prosecution of suspects
Tinubu in a statement issued by his spokesman, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, on Tuesday in Abuja, also sent his condolences to the government and people of Kano State over the fire incident.
The President commiserated with the bereaved families, and all those affected, and prayed for quick recovery for the wounded.
