The Oba of Benin, Omo N’Oba N’Edo Uku Akpolokpolo, Ewuare II, has said Bola Tinubu’s emergence as the president of Nigeria was ordained by God.
He said this during his visit to Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
“We want to repeat our congratulations to Mr President, we are happy that it’s all over now.
“It has gone to the end of the road, whatever controversies or objections or whatever cannot go beyond that.
“God has ordained that president will be the President and we thank God for your successful election.
“We pray for you, you’ll be successful your cabinet will do well for us, for Nigeria,” he said.
