Earlier, the EFCC counsel, J. M. Musa, told the court that Jude was arrested following a petition filed by nk Victor, accusing the convict of obtaining N3m from him under the pretext of executing a contract purportedly awarded to him by a Non-Governmental Organisation called ‘Hope For All’.
