Unrest in Gamji village

The peace of the village of Gamji in the Bukura LG Area of Zamfara State was threatened when unknown gunmen burst in and took away two children of Mr Muhammed Bello Dankande Gamji.

Mr Gamji was a former commissioner for local government and chieftaincy affairs. He decried the death of a person and the kidnap of a civil defence personnel and a neighbour from the street.

Investigations are ongoing as Muhammed Shehu of the state police command attested to the truthfulness of the event.
