I Don’t Believe in Igbo Presidency, but merit, says Ned Nwoko

Prince Ned Nwoko on Thursday said he doesn’t believe in Igbo Presidency but a leadership that will turn things around for the betterment of the country.
Nwoko stated this at a press conference at his Royal Court villa, Life Camp, Abuja.
The Former House of Representatives member said he is so disturbed that the Nigeria economy is on a stand still saying, “everything about Nigeria now is not working”.
“Can you imagine, Banks are not working as banks. The stock exchange is dead. The physical sector should be the driving force for the economy. Employment should take priority.”
The Prince of Idumuje – Ugboko said there is urgent need for the Federal Government to focus on reviving the economy adding that, “when the economy is right crime will surely fall.”
While describing President Muhammadu Buhari as a perfect, honest man, though age is telling on him said what is currently going on in the country is not the fault of the President but the system.
He however said that it is the right time for Nigerians to choose the right leadership come 2023.
