Nollywood actress and Evangelist, Eucharia Anunobi has opined that it is unwise to build mansions in villages just to leave them unoccupied.
Anunobi made her stance known in a video posted on Instagram.
She said “You may not like it but that is the truth. If it is a place where you occupy, it is fine but you go and sink your money into building houses in the village where you and your family will rarely stay, is that not foolishness?

“Why waste money on building mansions? if you do not know what to do with your money, Why don’t you go buy lands and build estates where you can rent it out? Subsidize the rent so that people would be able to pay for it. That way, you are helping humanity, she said. “
