Workers under the Housing and Works Ministry have called for the sack of Minister of Works, David Umahi, for reportedly locking them out for lateness.
It was gathered that the minister prevented workers who came to work late from gaining access to the Ministry.
However, this did not sit well with the workers who revolted and called for his sack.

The workers locked the ministry, blocking entry and exit and preventing the minister from leaving the office.
They also claim that he stopped engineers and directors from doing their work and has been breaking public service rules since his appointment by bringing in consultants to run affairs in the ministry.
