By David Lawani
The spokesperson of the caretaker extraordinary convention planning committee (CECPC) of All Progressives Congress (APC), Ismaeel Buba Ahmed, has said that former governor of Zamfara State, Abdulaziz Yari, has not violated the party’s constitution for seeking to become the national chairman of the party.

Ahmed was addressing journalists after the party’s routine meeting at the secretariat on Wednesday.

He said, “zoning is just a guide for members of a political party, it’s what the members of the APC have agreed to follow. It is not in the constitution of the APC.
