A five-day online workshop is currently in the pipelines and it is slated to address the demands and realities of the labour market. The workshop will be hosted by Mudashiru Obasa, the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly and Virtual Entrepreneurship.
The workshop will be held not only on a social media platform like WhatsApp but also on Zoom, online TV etc. It is hoped that about a thousand people from each of the 37 LCDAs will participate, and these ones would include those with physical disabilities, and be taught skills such as online marketing, agro-business, exportation and website design.
The theme of the training was revealed by the project initiator, Seyi Bamigbade, as Authorise Guidance: Panacea to Empowerment.
