Ahmed Rufai Abubakar has resigned from his position as the Director General of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA).
Although the reason for the decision is yet to be known, Abubakar tendered his resignation letter to President Bola Tinubu on Saturday
The Presidency has yet to issue an official statement on the development.
