Afrobeat singer, Seun Kuti has regained his freedom after meeting his bail conditions on Tuesday night.
A video shared online shows a smiling Kuti being celebrated by his fans.
ThisNigeria reported that the fans of the singer had stormed the court today demanding his immediate release.
Recall that Kuti had assaulted a policeman on Third Mainland Bridge for allegedly endangering the life of the singer and that of his family.

He was subsequently arrested after turning himself in at the Force Headquarters in Ikeja, following the arrest order issued by the Inspector-General of Police, Usman Baba.
The singer had been in the custody of the police and was awaiting trial. However, his trial was postponed till Wednesday, May 24, 2023 due to the absence of the judge presiding the case.
