Political activist, Omeyele Sowore has been reportedly shot this morning in Abuja, the nation’s capital.
He was shot at the Unity fountain, few metres away from the national assembly and Hilton hotels.
Sowore was said to have showed up in the early hours of today at the Unity water fountain to begin a protest in the nation’s capital.
He was allegedly shot by a female police officer and has since been rushed to the hospital.
