Buhari condoles with Sen. Aduda over father’s death

President Muhammadu Buhari has condoled with the Aduda family on the passing away of their beloved father, Tanimu Samari Aduda, after a brief illness.

The president, in a condolence message released by his spokesman, Mr. Femi Adesina, on Wednesday in Abuja, commiserated with the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion in the Federal Capital Territory, especially the Diocese of Gwagwalada, on the transition to glory of its pioneer Bishop.

Buhari noted that the deceased devoted his life to contributing to the spiritual well-being of the members of the Church.

He particularly extended condolences to Sen. Philip Aduda, representing the Federal Capital Territory in the Senate, as well as Gabriel Aduda, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

He urged them to uphold and surpass the legacies of their father in their services to God, country, and humanity.

The president prayed for the repose of the soul of the late Bishop, asking for strength for the family and those mourning him at this time.
