FCTA gives two-week ultimatum to Maitama 2 land allottees to regularise documents

The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has given land owners a two-week ultimatum to regularise documents or risk sanction by revocation.

The FCTA, through the FCDA, issued a notice yesterday stating that, having undertaken some infrastructural development in the Maitama A10 District, it discovered that many allottees had not paid their Right of Way (RoW) and Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) fees in full.

The administration, therefore, warned that failure to pay all due charges, as required by the Honourable Minister of the Federal Capital Territory’s (FCT) office, would result in the withdrawal of ROW and C of O on the plots of land so affected.

The notice added payment could only be effected through e-payment to the portal of the Land Administration Department.
