FG and Labour in discussion over increase in utilities

Organised Labour and the Federal Government will resume talks over the recent increment in tariffs.

A few weeks ago, Organised Labour suspended the planned strike action for two weeks. The strike was to protest against the increase in electricity tariff and the price of fuel.

Hence, representatives of both the federal government and organised labour will meet today by 7 pm.

This was disclosed by the Deputy Director, Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment, Charles Akpan.
