Infrastructural development: Bashir Ahmad shades South East leaders

A former presidential aide, Bashir Ahmad has insinuated that the South East is far behind other regions in terms of infrastructural development.

Speaking on a trending video of people jubilating at the sight of Julius Berger’s concrete logo in Abia state, Bashir said such should not elicit that kind of excitement.

Taking to X, he said, “This video of people in Abia screaming in excitement upon the sight of Julius Berger’s concrete logo signifies that good governance has indeed a profound impact on people’s lives.
