Mohbad: Why Banky W, others are quiet – Samklef
Music producer cum blogger, Samklef has said that some music industry heavyweights are quiet over the call for justice for late Mohbad due to their own unpleasantness towards artistes.
Samklef made the allegation via X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday.
He accused singer cum pastor/politician, Bankole Wellington a.k.a Banky W of getting him cancelled in the industry.
He wrote “Banky w The individual who initiated my personal cancel culture! 2012 And one of his friend in Soundcity…he is now a pastor lol.
“Fellow artists, it’s time to share your genuine experiences! Don’t hesitate! The reason many of them remain quiet about this matter is that they are aware of their own involvement. They were not just violent like Naira Marley!”

ThisNigeria reports that there have been allegations of late Mohbad’s record label boss, Naira Marley of being behind several attacks, led by his friend, Sam Larry, on the deceased.
Some videos had surfaced online, showing Sam Larry threatening Mohbad with bodily harm at different locations.
Both Naira Marley and Sam Larry have since denied involvement in the “KPK” crooner’s death.
