Mr Ibrahim Odumboni was appointed as the director and Chief Executive Officer of Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) by Governor Babajide Sanwoolu, the governor of Lagos State.
The appointment was made public yesterday and is to commence immediately. This is due to the fact that Dr Muyiwa Gbadegesin, the former director of LAWMA stepped down on the 19th of August for personal reasons.
Mr Odumboni had been involved with the operations of LAWMA, having served as the Director of Business Development and surely has the best interest of the agency at heart.
Mr Odumboni has been charged with the improvement of the agency’s service quality.
