The staff of the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Secretariat were thrown into panic as a rumbling noise was heard in the building on Thursday.

Pressmen and workers were seen running for safety at about 5:10 pm.

Unconfirmed reports stated that the rooms in the building shook, causing people to run helter-skelter.
