Vice President Yemi Osinbajo- themed popcorn and ice cream were spotted at the Eagle Square, venue of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Special Convention.
Banners bearing “Osinbajo popcorn”, “Osinbajo Ice cream” were also sighted on display at the venue.
Recall that a former governor of Borno State, Kassim Shettima had described Osinbajo as a nice man who should be selling confectionery instead of being a politician.
During an interview with Channels Television, Shettima said ” “Osinbajo is a good man; he’s a nice man. But nice men do not make good leaders, because nice men tend to be nasty. Nice men should be selling popcorn, ice cream.”
The former governor has since tendered an apology to the Vice President.
