Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi has defeated the flagbearers of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Bola Tinubu and Atiku Abubakar respectively, in Lagos.
Obi emerged the winner of the election in Lagos by polling 582,454 votes while Tinubu polled Apc 572,606.
ThisNigeria reported that Tinubu scored a total of 201,486 votes to emerge the winner of the election in Ekiti State; while Atiku polled 89,554 votes, followed by Obi with 11,397 votes.
