Tens of voters are presently exercising their civic rights at Polling Unit 011 ward D 1b, Oremeji Street in Oshodi, Lagos State despite the scorching sun.
ThisNigeria learnt that voting started at about 10.20am following the late arrival of INEC officials.
One of the early voters, Moruf Akinderu-Fatai, a former member of House of Representatives, exercised his civic rights after accreditation at about 10.45am.

Akinderu-Fatai, who is the current Commissioner for Housing in Lagos State, noted that the exercise was going on smoothly.
Another voter, Titi Alabi, said she would endure the sun to ensure she voted.
Security officials and INEC ad hoc staff were seen carrying out their duties.
