Chief Olusegun Osoba appointed as NIJ Governing Council Chairman

The Governing Council of Nigerian Institute of Journalism has just appointed a new chairman in the person of Chief Olusegun Osoba.
Chief Olusegun Osoba was a former governor of Ogun state, a south-western state in Nigeria. He was appointed as the chairman of the Governing Council on Tuesday and was introduced by Sam Amuka, the publisher of Vanguard Newspaper.
Chief Olusegun Osoba, a journalist and politician, will resume office in place of Alhaji Isa Funtua who had just recently passed on.
