A man simply identified as Tosin Omoniyi has been arrested by the Ondo State Police Command for attempting to rape a woman after robbing her family in Idanre, Ondo state.

This was disclosed by the command during the parade of Omoniyi and 13 other suspected criminals arrested by the police on wednesday, june 22.

Other arrested suspects include; Ojo Rotimi, Tosin Omoniyi, Jimoh Dele, Uwanfor Destiny, Babajide Moses, Tope Gbenga, John Simeon, Akinniranye Blessing, Jude Stephen and Iranlowo Ayomide.

Omoniyi was apprehended while attempting to rape the woman after robbing her family of valuables in their house  in the Idanre.

The command reported that the suspect entered into the couple’s apartment through their window around 1am and robbed them of their money and other valuables.
