A Nigerian man, Conrad Irabor Martin Iyayi, has been sentenced to life imprisonment for killing his wife, Kathryn Harris, in the United Kingdom.
Acording to reports, 46-year-old Conrad stabbed his wife, an art teacher, multiple times at their home in Oak Crescent on February 6, 2022.
It was also learnt during court proceedings that he attacked her while their 11-year-old son slept upstairs.
The wife, who worked at St Clares School, was found semi-naked in the kitchen of their home by police officers.

After Conrad was arrested by police, he confessed to having committed the crime.
“I was hallucinating, my heart was b£ating making me think I was going to d#e. I woke up the next morning and walked past the kitchen where I saw my wife.
“What I thought was a dream must have been reality and I contacted the police. I had no intention of h@rming Kathryn, prior to this incident we’d had a nice evening cooking together and watching TV,” he said.
