FC Barcelona legend, Xavi Hernandez has returned to Camp Nou as head coach after his six years in Qatar.
The formal midfielder has been in touch since last month following the sack of Ronald Koeman after 14 months in charge.
Barcelona confirmed the signing of Xavi on a contract until 2024.
The Club made the official announcement via, social media and official website;
“The return of a legend.”
The 41-year old told fans; “I am very excited, we are the best club in the world and we will work hard to be successful. Barça can’t be satisfied with withdraws or losses. We have to win every match.
“We need you, especially during the bad moments. We are in a difficult situation as a club. We need you more than ever.
